Premier Services Medical Investments (Pvt) Ltd (PSMI) is a healthcare  institution committed to the preservation of life and facets that  contribute to the well-being of a person. It was founded in 2003 and it  has grown to become the largest private healthcare provider in Zimbabwe.  PSMI has got 126 service centres strategically spread across the 10  geographical provinces of Zimbabwe. There are five divisions in PSMI,  with four of them being Operations and the fifth one is an enabler for  Operations which is Shared Services Division. Our Strategy

Premier Service Medical Investments (Pvt) Ltd is a healthcare  organisation that is dedicated to the preservation of life. The core of  our business is found in medical clinics which are then supported by the  rest of the other divisions within the organisation. Our health  delivery process involves investigating, hospitalising and medicating.  The institute is currently on a 3-year plan which is broken down into 3  horizons. Horizon 1 focuses on Integrated Family Healthcare Centres,  Horizon 2 will focus on Centres for Disease Specialty and Horizon 3 will  venture into Research and Development Exploration and backward  integration.

The objective of establishing Integrated Family Health Centres in  Horizon 1 is to create a one stop shop experience for all patients. The  main focus is on having medical centres spread out across Zimbabwe with  all services available under one roof. In order to bring greater  convenience to the customer.

In Horizon 2, PSMI’s focus will shift to the establishment of  Specialised Disease Management Centres manned by experts to manage  diseases such as HIV, diabetes, cancer, hypertension as well as wellness  clinics for men and women.

The final horizon for the 2016-2018 Strategy will focus on research  and development. The objective is to create economies of scale through  backward integration.
