RuNEMS provides emergency medical response to the citizens of Zimbabwe currently covering the city of Harare and Chitungwiza town extensively. Although most of the assistance we give to the community is medical in nature, we extend our services to truly time-critical life-threatening emergencies to the people of Zimbabwe. Our mantra ‘THE TRADITION OF CARING’ explains it all as we offer services to our patients, their families and loved ones; service to our community and service to the people of Zimbabwe.
Our service is more than simply responding to calls. It is assessing what we do so that we can increase our performance and meet needs as they become apparent. Service is working with communities to help people better care for themselves and each other. It is taking care of our own people, so they are better able to serve their patients and the community. This tradition is then extended even to those who enter our country as we seek to keep them safe and confident to stay longer in Zimbabwe.
