I am very disappointed in the service I am currently receiving from Stanbic Belmont. I have been e-mailing since Tuesday regarding a failed swipe that happened two days ago for a fairly large sum of money. The amount has been taken out of my account twice. It is now Thursday and I have not received a single response to assure me that my query is being dealt with. I am prejudiced of my money and cannot get any joy from Stanbic. Please help, I need this rectified without any further delay!.I have been with your bank for over 10 years, but am considering opening an account with other banks, I cannot have these delays and shoddy service.
