ZIMDEF's skills development support in Zimbabwe

ZIMDEF stands for Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund, a statutory fund established by the government to fund the development of critical and highly skilled human capital in Zimbabwe. In this video, we will learn about the mandate, vision, and values of ZIMDEF, as well as some of the projects and programs that it supports in various sectors and institutions of higher learning. We will also hear from some of the beneficiaries of ZIMDEF’s funding and how it has impacted their lives and careers. ZIMDEF is a key partner in human capital development and innovation, contributing towards achieving an industrialized and modernized economy by 2030.
