ZIMDEF promotes Heritage Based Education 5.0 in Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund (ZIMDEF) is a statutory body that supports the development of human capital in various sectors of the economy. ZIMDEF is committed to advancing the vision of Heritage Based Education 5.0, which aims to produce graduates who are innovative, entrepreneurial, and heritage-conscious.

In this video, ZIMDEF CEO Mr. Fredrick Mandizvidza explains how ZIMDEF is collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development, to implement Heritage Based Education 5.0 in Zimbabwe.

He also highlights some of the achievements and challenges of ZIMDEF in supporting skills development, research, innovation, and industrialization in the country.
