We are glad that covid19 lockdown has been relaxed to a safe level, the developer is now back on the ground. We have resumed the sale of stands measuring 9000m2 to 2500m2. This is a gated community with an international roadside shopping mall coming up.
Phase 1 servicing is now at an advanced level, water pipes have been laid down and gravel dumped. Construction will start soon for phase 1.
The developer is now busy with phase 2.
Each stand is going for $13/m2, you pay 30% deposit and balance in 2 years. You can spread your deposit for 2 or 3 months and then start your instalments.
