In our commitment to provide quality products and services and our concern for a sustainable environment we have attained and maintained SAZ certifications namely the SAZ ISO 9001:2008 and SAZ ISO 14001:2004. JBC is comprised of two divisions namely the Bulawayo and the Harare Divisions.

JBC Bulawayo manufactures crushing, screening, milling and conveying equipment, spares and services in Zimbabwe. JBC Harare is a leading supplier and distributor of coring, soft and hard rock tools, ancillary equipment and services to the mining, quarrying and civil engineering sector.

Company History

JBC Harare originated from Boart Longyear (Zimbabwe) Limited which was founded in 1959 and operated under the name of Rhodesian Diamond and Carbide owned by Anglo American Corporation. JBC Bulawayo originated from Samuel Osborn Engineering, which was founded in 1948 and operated as a division of Boart Longyear (Zimbabwe) Limited.
