August 1, 1993 is a significant day on our calendar, as it is on this day the organisation was founded by Fortune Mangwiro and Ray Muzembe. The two, who had a strong passion for success etched in the hearts, kept telling themselves that "However high we reach we are not going to be satisfied" After overcoming complications in the early stages, the business has become a force to reckon with in the real estate business through offering a variety of services such as valuation services of immovable and movable properties, general consultancy on property, investment and other related matters.
Today the company prides itself in being a wholly owned Zimbabwean company of Valuation Surveyors, Real estate agents, Auctioneers, Property Manager and Advisors and is registered with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe.
