History:
Action Properties was established in January 1989 by Ms Mollie Scallan. Mollie ran the company for 25 years, before selling it to Mel and Bill Henson in May 2014.
Present:
Mel and Bill were returning from the UK and were keen for a new challenge! Since emigrating, Mel, as the Managing Director, and her team have worked hard to ensure the company grows in what is a difficult economy and a huge industry.

Managing Director:
Mel
Mel studied a BA (Hons) in History at the University of Hull, UK before joining the Royal Air Force in 2005. She commissioned as an Air Traffic Control Officer and served for 10 years before immigrating to Zimbabwe with her husband. Mel became the company's Registered Agent in July 2018. She is currently studying to become a Valuer.
Sales:
Mel
Mel runs with all the property sales within the company.
Rentals:
Property Manager: Winnette
Winnette worked for Fox & Carney for 13 years, managing residential and commercial properties, before joining Action Properties in May 2014.
Property Manager: Candice
Candice began working at Action Properties in March 2017. Candice already had experience in Real Estate, having worked at Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, London for 4 years before returning to Zimbabwe.
Property Manager: Toya
Toya joined the team in June 2018. Toya’s background is mainly PA and administrative orientated.
Support Staff:
In addition to the team outlined above, we have a support staff whom we would be lost without! They include our Receptionist, Patience, our Bookkeeper, Sheena, and our Messenger, Norman.
